The short version

I will never sell, rent or trade your data.
I won't share it with anyone for their own marketing.
I only use what you send me to do the thing you asked for.
Analytics only run if you say yes, and the site works fully if you say no.

Who looks after your data

This site belongs to Luke Gray, a videographer, designer and paid ads specialist based in Nottingham, UK. I'm responsible for any personal data you share here. You can reach me any time at offcutluke@gmail.com.

What I collect, and why

Enquiry and quote formsYour name, email, business and what you tell me about the project. It's sent to my inbox so I can reply and quote. Nothing else.

The free content kitYour first name and email, so I can send the download and the odd useful email. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask me to remove you at any time.

Analytics (only with your yes)Google Analytics counts visits and shows which pages and channels lead to enquiries. IP addresses are anonymised. Advertising features are switched off.

Saved in your own browserYour cookie choice, where you arrived from during a visit, and any ads plan you build on the services calculator so the enquiry form can fill it in. This stays on your device and never reaches me unless you send a form.

What I don't do

I don't sell or share your details with anyone else for their marketing.
I don't use advertising pixels or retargeting cookies on this site.
I don't add you to a mailing list from an enquiry. Only the content kit form does that, and it says so.

Who helps run the site

A few services handle data on my behalf, only to make the site work:

Cloudflare hosts the site.
Web3Forms delivers form messages to my email.
Google provides my email and, if you accept, the analytics.

How long I keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as we're talking about a project. If you become a client, I keep records for as long as UK law requires for accounts, usually six years. If you're on the content kit list, I keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask me to remove it.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the data I hold about you, correct it, delete it or stop me using it. Email me and I'll sort it, usually within a few days and always within a month. If you're unhappy with how I've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Cookies

The only cookies on this site are Google Analytics ones, and they're only set if you choose Accept in the banner. You can change your mind here at any time.

If anything here changes, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
